Good quality steel, well tempered. I've had problems with soft metal knives in the past that couldn't hold an edge (or even slice an apple) but this one hones and sharpens for extremely clean cuts. Good for anything from onions to watermelons, (but make sure you clean the blade first). Take care of it and it'll take care of you too.

I made the switch from those expensive boutique face washes because my skin was looking more and more NOT like how I wanted it to look like everyday. I didn't get it. I know now it was because I was stripping away my skins natural moisture barrier by using harsh chemicals like AHA/BHA everyday, twice a day. On top of that, retinol at night. But I watched those dermatologist influencers on YouTube or the IG and one of them turned me on to this because of the hydrating properties. And I needed to start pinching my pennies around this time so I thought let's do it. I use a silicone scrubber to gently exfoliate. Tommy skin feels slick like a dolphins body after. Yes I swim with dolphins like no big deal. Since I've made the switch, my pores have reduced in size and my other products seem to stretch further because they're not being soaked up like dry soil.

I was so excited to get my new Cuisinart knives, because I'd been using an old knife set that not even regular sharpening could save. I also did not have a seantoku blade. This knife sits comfortably in my hand with good balance and weight. It is razor sharp and slices through veggies with ease— so well, that I dreamed I was a chef and sliced and diced my way through every vegetable in my fridge!I wholeheartedly recommend this Cuisinart knife,

It's not a Wusthof or a Shun or the like, but the blade is good and sharp, and the knife handles well enough with both my small hands and my husband's large ones.

I really like and trust the Cuisinart brand and I was not disappointed with the product. I also have their chef knife and love it too. The knife is not too heavy but has enough weight to it that it easily cuts vegetables. I would recommend it and the value is great.

This knife feels so well balanced holding it. VERY VERY SHARP................watch your fingers! Comes with a plastic sheath. Easily chops through the hardest veggies. For the price I am very satisfied. As a plus, this knife is nice looking as well.

This is a really sturdy knife that slices well. The name brand speaks for itself. Glad I purchased this, as other brands are double the price....good value!
