Genuinely these are phenomenal. I was on two antibiotics for pneumonia and these saved my digestive system. They work super quick. Within 48 hours I felt so much better and as long as you appropriately space these with your antibiotics, they can get into your digestive system and work their magic. I appreciate how it's a common strain and can easily transition to a regular probiotic about 10 days after completing the antibiotics.

This product has been highly effective for me and those family members that have taken it. Our experience has been that the capsules must be taken each day for 3 weeks or so for the positive effects to be noticeable. Once the positive effects are noticeable, they are significant (written in this way to be delicate and not graphic) and greatly appreciated. Excellent probiotic, good with daily use. With antibiotics it prevents side effects so long as taken hours apart to prevent antibiotics and probiotics from killing each other
