Large brace with extension
Its good and comes with sleeve and extender. Its high or tall top to bottom. Very stiff. I like it I wear it and qlso just put the back of my head in the support open as well.

I have a very small neck. This was way too big for me. It is great quality. Definitely worth the price for soneobe with a bigger neck. Gonna try a child's side this time.

Worth a Try
Well made pretty firm collar keeps the head elevated, straight and stable, temporarily minimizies or eliminatines pain of my arthritis and stenosis. In my 1week experience with the collar it clearly helps when worn but the pain returns immediately for a while when I take it off. It is 4" tall, wearing it severely restricts head movement and ability to perform most tasks. Velcro closure is adjustable for greater freedom of movement at the expense of support.

Stick your neck out and buy it!
This is an extra tall, extra firm neck support. For me, it's ok for sleeping but too high to wear for daily activities. It definitely helps a sore neck and keeps you from sleeping in a weird position, keeping your neck supported all night long.

too big for me
it's way too long and the catching part of the Velcro is too small to fasten it snuggly. it includes extensions to make it bigger, but no way to make it smaller. If you are a large person this might work for you. if you're a 130lb person I don't recommend it. good luck

I thought this neck brace was too stiff and held my neck too high, making it very uncomfortable.

One size does not fit all
one size does not fit all. Way too big for the average person. The quality was acceptable. It is durable but i had to take it apart and cut it down to fit. My husband, who is a larger man, tried it and said it was too big for him as well.

Unless you have a LONG neck, this won't fit or support a normal sized neck. It's a waste of money unless you have a neck like a swan.

There was no option for the height (width) and this is much too wide for my neck. I will be returning...
