Curad Clinical Advances Super Absorbent Wound Pads, 10 Count

Looked on Amazon for a cheaper price. Found them, only they weren't any cheaper and they only had the 3x3size and the 5x8" size. The ones at Wallmart were the 4x4 size and about $1.20 cheaper. (I ordered them online@ Wallmart.com) The store was sold out... They were truly "super asorbant" Only needed to only change the bandage every 2 days instead of twice per day! They were definately able to handle lg. amounts of fluils (pus &blood) They don't have any 'sticky' stuff so you do need a good tape to hold these in place. Make sure you use a good quality tape and plan for at least a 24hr. placement. I know my tape is the most important thing about bandage, it starts to itch after 12hrs. So 'Curad', think about creating, 'super asorbant bandages' with a high quality tape around the edges....maybe???? This seemed to be the first of its kind at a reasonable price and thin enough to be worn, without too much fuss! Thanks, Curad!

These wound pads are great. Keeps excess moisture away from the skin decreasing over all healing time.

I purchased these after surgery while my wound healed. They were great. Lightweight and didnt leak. Would definitely recommend and use again.

These are very good for draining wounds. They are 4" X 4" size, but the actual pad is really 3" because of the border edge. I use this for a draining open wound, and layer with another pad on top of this, and then secure with tegaderm tape. This wound pad is non adhesive. It compares to a very expensive wound pad we were using, so was very pleased to find this on Walmart.com!! I have also found other wound care products on the website, that are not found in the store. Prices are very affordable!

I'll forever buy multiple boxes! They lay flat, so not bulky like using folded up gauze. The best part is you can wear them for a good, long amount of hours (all day for me personally)

Sterile pad that is non stick and absorbs lots of fluid . Walmart carries 2 of these sterile pads made by Curad and Equate. Both are the same price 5 Bucks gets you a box of 10.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT STICK YOU NEED TAPE...... I did not tune into this and bought and can't use them. I am sure they work good if you have the tape to make it stick.

Does everything it advertises but just know that the 4x4 dimensions cover the outside dimensions of the blue bandage(non absorbent section) while the white absorbing section, is a lot smaller and does not absorb as much as a full size 4x4 pad

Since I searched for 4 by 4 inch ADHESIVE PADS, when they appeared I thought they were just that. Instead they were just 4 by 4 inch pads. I can still use them, but they are not what I wanted. They should not come up under adhesive pads.
