Includes hitch mount only
Just received my new CURT 45030 hitch mount and appears to be heavy-duty, quality built. Caution others to read description carefully, as this does not include the retaining pin. Also, the so-called durable gloss black powder coat finish was chipped off in places, I assume by handlers tossing it around in the shipping process. I expect this to happen after some normal use, but not on a newly received item.
