Added security is worth it
I use this as an extra piece of security on my boat trailer while it's parked in my driveway. It installs pretty easy and nobody has stolen my boat trailer so it seems to be working.

ok trailer lock
This is the second one Have purchased. Had to replace firstnone because son broke key inside lock. this one is not as good as the first n one i purchased. the key is hard to insert and often sticks inside the lock.

To much play in the tow hitch needed a bigger one so I returned it
