D DRIFT ALL THINGS WATER Submergible Automatic 800GPH Boat Bilge Pump with Float Switch, 12V

I purchased this Submersible Automatic 800 GPH 12V Boat Bilge Pump with Float Switch, and I'm very satisfied with its performance. It was easy to install, runs quietly, and activates automatically when needed. The pump moves water efficiently, and the float switch responds reliably. It feels well made and gives me extra confidence knowing my boat has dependable protection against unwanted water buildup.

it doesn't come with the hose kit but I had a kit already that goes to this so was not a big problem. For small areas it works fine to suck the water. I will use it in non-salty water so not worries about the corrosion but it is good that it is corrosion resistant. I just had to buy the metal plate for the hose. it is strong . was my first time using it but I was able to figure out easily

This product works as expected. It was very easy to install with an automatic float switch which is great. I've only used it in fresh water but it also works in salt water. It's easily removable for cleaning which is also very convenient. Overall so far so good.

The switch works so well for me. I feel more confident when having this one with me as all the excess water will be taken cared of. The pump operates quietly. Everything of this is perfect. I like it.

It works perfectly. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be, but it fit great. Runs very smooth and quiet. I didn't want to drill holes in the not6of my boat do I used Velcro. hoping it holds!

Used this pump as a battery operated sump pump during a power outage. Worked flawless and more than adequate to keep up for several days on a car battery. Low draw, and when the battery was reinstalled in vehicle, there weren't any signs of adverse effects. Perfect for a backup.

It seems to be as good as the “big name” bilge pumps. Ideal for a small to medium sized boat or as an additional pump.

Pump was easy to install, however, it doesn't fit exactly into the space of the old pump. Some modifications are necessary.

i have a small consistent leak in my boat and this is the first automatic bilge pump out of three that actually works does exactly as described love this little pump easy to install and works great!

I was looking to replace an Atwood 1000 Sahara on a 5 yr old boat. Atwood does'nt make that model any more. and the new Atwood model will not fit into the base basket of the Sahara. I was trying to avoid removing the Atwood basket since it is a real pain to get to down in the bilge and I am not as limber as I was 50 yrs ago. So I searched for a new clone unit that would fir the Atwood basket. The Drift All said it was 'compatible' with the Atwood. Great! Well what I found out was the basket screw holes layout was the same as the Atwood BUT - the Atwood basket will not clip into the Driftwood pump unit (some very small differences). The new unit works fine, price is very good. Hope it lasts longer than the old Sahara. If you are looking for a quick easy replacement ...this is not it.
