I have to rotate pillows. I like this pillow because I can adjust how I want the pillow to support my neck and head when I change positions. It also keeps my head from sweating and getting the pillow wet from sweating.

I was looking for the buckwheat pillow I used to sleep with when I was a child. I used two foam pillows, which needed to be shaved down to my ideal pillow height, but they went bad quickly. This pillow fits my neck well. I wish it were made with Japanese buckwheat.

It's a great pillow, except it's a little too small. The buckwheat kernels are just the ticket for waking up without a neckache! I bought a quilted pillowcase to make it feel slightly larger, then put a satin pillowcase on top of that-and viola! Sleeping comfort!

I have been searching for a pillow to provide support yet is easily adjustable when switching positions This pillow reminds me of an octopus . An octopus can slide thru a small crack and that's what this pillow does Gets in the crack at the headboard and slides down I also thought it was adjustable fill and that's not what I got. For me it was an expensive flop
