It's an oyster knife that gets the job done and for a great price! It's like captain papy used to say, get er done right meow! I would certainly recommend for a friend!

this is a strong and sturdy oyster knife that fits well in the hand. The handle is wider than I have had in the past which makes it easier to grip. I am very pleased.

I'm giving this product 4 stars because it's the first time we shucked oysters and don't have anything to compare it to. That said, it worked just fine, got the job done, and was affordable.

Great Oyster Knife
Great oyster knife. Very well made. Strong blade. I paid three times as much for one very similar from a famous hardware store and the blade broke after three uses

my husband used this on Thanksgiving to shuck dozens of oysters and it did the trick

Blade needs to be thinner. It's hard to get into the oyster with the thickness. I ended up buying a different knife with a blade just a little smaller and it works a lot better.
