the 2 movies are in separate disc. both movies have good specials features. including making of the movie. both films are natural disasters films. dante peak is about a volcano eruption and getting everybody out of town. Daylight is a tunnel collapse in the bridgeway leaving new york to new jersey. the people who live have to find a way to escape before drowning

The product description pretty much explains the movies. In Dante's Peak Brosnan plays a reluctant hero forced into a situation while Stallone plays a take charge guy on a mission type. Both movies are action packed with loads of special effects. Overall two very good movies.

Two classic movies with good actors. Action and suspense in both and great price.

This was I think the very first film I saw with Linnea not being chased or being helped by A Terminator

I already owned both of these films in HD-DVD format. Since they were exclusives, they each had to be Remastered in both Video and Audio for Blu-ray, with the resultant upgrades in technology that a few years always brings. The results are excellent, probably most noticeable in "Daylight", with its naturally very dark palette. It was great to see both of these films again, each a quality upgrade to the disaster genre to begin with.

Sound is very very low and won't let us increase it with volume
