we love this stuff! adds great flavor and texture to food. my husband is anti-fish, I use it on salmon in the air fryer ,now he asks for the special fish I fix. it is also good on potatoes. it is pricey for the little bit you get. I will continue to buy it because he eats fish. but if it goes over 4$ I will make my own spice mix.

Having a grand on a low sodium diet and finding this has made him enjoy everything bagels again. It is so versatile. I use it on my homemade low sodium bagels, his rice, and even pasta dishes. Worth the cost and a lil goes a long way. You won't miss the salt.

I was looking for a salt free Everything version and this is just perfect! Great size container that i can throw in my lunchbag for a work breakfast but enough to leave at home and share with the family. I find most everything seasonings too salty so this is exactly what I needed!

My doctor recently advised me to eliminate adding any salt to my meals, and to check the salt content in foods before I purchase. It's kind of scary the amount of salt that is in boxed, canned and deli foods. I have never been a heavy-handed salt user, but I do like a little on certain foods to enhance the flavor. So, I started looking for a salt substitute. The first one I bought was good but some of the spices were large enough to get stuck in my teeth. Next, I bought the salt free Dash which works for me and is reasonably priced. My doctor is pleased that I'm following her recommendation, and she told me if I continue to eliminate salt I will age better and be healthier.

I have a health problem where I have to limit my salt intake and Dash works wonderfully for me. It has several herbs which improves the taste of food. I use it faithfully which takes small amounts to season food. I would recommend this to everyone especially people who need to curb their salt intake.

I found myself Addicted to “Everything Bagel” seasoning, but could only get it on actual bagels! I then read that grocers were selling just the Everything Bagel seasoning! I searched for Walmart.com %26 the Mrs.Dash's version was the only option reasonably priced. I worried @ the taste, however, as Mrs.Dash's version was “Low Sodium”! I decided to try it, but kept expectations low due to it being Low Sodium %26 being made by Mrs.Dash rather than a standard spice co. I need not have worried! This stuff is GREAT! I have had it on salads, in soups, on raw veggies, %26 even buttered toast (as a quick alternative to garlic bread)! Very Highly Recommend, especially for those on low sodium or cardiac diets as it Does Not taste like any sort of compromised diet spice mix! Tastes just like the Real Thing found on an Everything Bagel…which I think is the point?!

actually my parents since the 80s. had to begin USING the original MrsDash! Flavors... TableTop- drk green top. Original Blend- yellow top...NOW all (8)flavors? are apart of our spices... they're just not at this one store location.. i wishes they were...And this is a true story!

this is the best everything seasoning! i have tried at least 10 of them and most are just too salty, this one is perfect for the great everthing seasoning flavor without the salt, you can always add salt if you refer saltier, but this works with EVERYTHING

I'm a senior and had Covid which has affected my taste and smell a bit. So I do use a little more which is ok because of the absence of sodium. It has a good taste. But I wish it came in a bigger size because I use it a lot. Yes, I would recommend this seasoning.
