High quality. Great taste. Hight protein. Low calories. You can't beat it. I've been ordering for almost a year. Salted peanut butter is my favorite but other flavors are great too but this one is it for me. Highly recommend. I'm not in anyway affiliated or paid for this recommendation.

I use David Bars as a 'dessert' almost every day after dinner for more than a year with a standing subscription. David bars keep me from venturing into higher calorie, lower benefit alternatives in the evening and have been a significant factor in my 45 pound weight loss in that time frame. Satisfying and delicious!

These are so good ( I really like almost all the David bars flavors!). They are extreme filling ( I can only eat 1/2 at a time- morning and afternoon snack !) I have not found another protein bar that has: highest protein of any bar Low/no sugar Low in calories ( for size of bar) They are worth the price as they are a better, bigger bar (%26 I have eaten Every protein bar on the planet :) I love the texture - different but better - Boyle grainy and no weird after taste !

I love the taste and the texture. I have decades of experience :joy: and find all of the flavors tasty, filling and a great source of protein. Thank you!

I tried the Salted Peanut Butter flavor for the first time, and I really like it. It's the most minimally sweet of the flavors I have tried, and that's sometimes exactly what I want.

This is one of my favorite flavors! It has the perfect sweet to salty ratio and doesn't have that chalky protein bar texture! If you only try one… try the salted peanut butter!

A classic reborn. Wonderful flavor. I have now purchased every flavor and just rotate them monthly. I can't choose a single best because they are all amazing.

Formula change?

Kathleen H. November 4, 2025

When I first tried this protein bar at my gym, I loved its chewiness. After seeing on the label what a great protein to carb ratio it had, I decided to order a 12ct box to always have the product on hand. When the product arrived, I was so disappointed to find that it was no longer chewy but crunchy, a texture I find to be not as palatable. I still like the flavor and will probably finish the box but not purchase any more.

good, but gets oily

Chet j. October 12, 2025

I often eat my David bars slowly to avoid a glucose spike (insulin resistant). I guess this confirms that these are made with real peanut butter, but these do get oily within a few minutes of being opened. Not a huge deal, but it changes the consistency and they do get slippery and leave your hands oily. But the taste is good. I'll be staying with the delicious fudge brownie bars.

But I'm so disappointed. The flavor is bland, no peanut buttery taste, horrible consistency. I bought a whole box, now I'm eating them because I have them but I literally am shoving them down because they were expensive.
