Yowza! I purchased a home with a Hollywood Movie Star type mirror (surrounded by globe lights) and they were a soft yellow color that made me look sickly. I wanted something brighter so I could see myself better. These are BRIGHT. It was a huge difference, and I am pleased with the purchase.

After a bulb went out in my light fixture above my bathroom sink, I replaced it with anotherone that I bought. It was brighter than what was already in there so I replaced all four of them with the Daybetter brand. They were perfect and I liked the idea that the pack came with four bulbs in it. Some brands that I looked at only had three bulbs and I would have to buy two packs. These were just perfect with the four pack and brightened my vanity up perfect with matching light output. Good value.

I got this for my indoor plants and to use in the evening as a side light. It's always hard to tell if it helps the plants or not, but I like the amount of light. Not too bright, just enough.

Bright! They are a white light, not a yellow tone!

I bought bulbs from Amazon too and returned them bc the light from these was soooo much nicer. They’re beautiful.

Way TOO BRIGHT !! My bathroom takes six, I had to un-screw four of them. All six on actually hurt my eyes.

My bathroom mirror requires four globes. I had previously used another well-known brand of 40 W bulbs. Unfortunately, those particular bulbs are no longer available. The price seemed reasonable for these, but … you know how you were warned during the eclipse not to stare directly at the sun?? These bulbs are just as bright! Even though they are also 40 W, they're so strong that they hurt my eyes. Do some research, and find some bulbs that are frosted.

I never received the item. The delivery driver took the incorrect items with him (two plastic cups and I could tell from box it wasn't mine plus it had the wrong name and address on it). I have been trying for 16 days to get a replacement or refund. Apparently the item is non-refundable! It is not my fault and I was charged $22 for something I never received.
