Have used Cocoa butter over 59 years, face and whole body when needed. Was using it on my face and body to tan, before it went into tan products and all other body products. Had face scars from Doctor taking care of my pimples. Used this daily, to take away my scars.. Now they use it for after baby on belly stretch marks. Love my Cocoa butter any time any where! Love cocoa butter. It has become harder to find a natural product these days. Also, product size has substantially decreased for the price overall. Still, cocoa butter is a soothing healer of dry and irritated skin. A must have for one's med kit.

It smeels terrible and it hard as a rock. Not usable and has to be returned.

Would not purchase again as you need to heat the product for 10 minutes each time to soften it. That is crazy.

It looked used when I opened it because it was so hard. Even after I warmed it up according to the instructions, it still would not soften. And after getting it to melt with boiling hot water, it seemed to harden even more when it cooled down.

I have been buying this stuff for years and cannot believe I just paid $8 for a third of what I used to paid $4 for 2 years ago. you would be smarter not to buy it from Walmart or this seller and find a different brand. shame on Palmers. also this does not melt when a warm hand touches it so I don't believe it is pure cocoa butter. I lived in a village in Fiji for 30 years and had cocoa plantations all around me. pure cocoa butter softens as soon as you touch it.
