I have used this product for a long time. I have Rosacea. It works Great! Gets the red out, keeps it down and spots treat. BUT, use it carefully and learn how your skin reacts. It is drying so don't glob it on. Just a little bit. It is drying and will make you peel. You will learn how much is right for you. It is Great stuff!!!!

Anyone that suffers from acne . Great spot treatment . A very little gora a long way . Wake up with a pimple , place a very small amount by mid afternoon , at night it is gone . Has the sulfur smell , nothing you can do about it . Also , good for those blemishes you get from ingrown hairs. Only warning do not place it all over your face as a mask, can over dry your face .

I have been using this ointment for about 3 years and I love how well it works to control acne. I had been ordering it through another retailer but the shipping was costing me more than the actual product. I was so happy to find this available on Wal-Mart's website with Site to Store shipping! I have spent a small fortune over the years on all kinds of acne products, but nothing had worked as well for me as this very inexpensive product. I wish I had found it years ago. I use it twice a day, after cleansing. I apply a thin coating to my face and neck, massage it in, let it sit a few minutes, then rinse. My skin looks better now than it has in a very long time.

this cream is my holy grail, even though it smells it surely helped my fungal acne and pimples, whenever i put this cream on my pimples it just becomes smaller for 2 days i guess. i need a cream for my scars though cuz i don't think the cream will help with the scars. this cream is perfect for teens and adults who are struggling with fungal acne mostly

This product really works for breakouts. Since my son started using it every night I've noticed an improvement and his face has cleared up. At night, after you wash your face, apply the product to the area where you have a break out, leave it for a while and then wash it off before bed.

I use a little daily to help keep my skin clear. For me, it works better than benzyl peroxide or zinc oxide ointments or creams. I ran out and no longer can find it in any store and noticed the difference, so I purchased online. I have recommended it to others.

product has very strong smell, results none yet, gives oily appearance after applying. i will give better assessment later with product effectiveness.

if you get your address delivery updated it will deliver it the next day pretty good the product is good for your face and breakouts of pimples and blackheads whiteheads clears them up

the smell is horrendous, I wasnt prepared for how disgusting it would be. its like applying rotten eggs to your face. also the packaging is really cheap and messy. this should have been sold in a tube. also, there are lots of chunks of crystallized substance which make the cream very abrasive.
