The scent smells like coconut, reminds me of the beach. I've gotten many compliments on it. It's not too strong just a light scent. But it also holds my curls , but not too tight. I love this spray!

It leaves my hair with a nice healthy shine.
I have been using the Cantu product hair products for over five years. I use the Cantù curling cream to style my hair. After styling my hair, I spray it with Cantu Coconut Oil Shine %26 Hold Mist with Shea Butter. I love it because it leaves my hair with a nice healthy shine.

It's ok.
This doesn't hold anything it does shine but no hold. I think they done something to it I can't prove it but this don't work like it did the first time I bought it.

Terrible
I bought this product for my daughter who has 3c to 3b hair and is a little over a year old. The smell was WAY too strong! I used this product on her and I could still smell it on my hands HOURS later even after washing with soap numerous times. It didn't do a thing for her in terms of hold or shine. Instead it just made her hair frizzy and straight. It was the oddest thing I have ever seen and I regret the 6 bucks or so I paid for this product. NEVER AGAIN.
