These are amazing!
Ive tried tons of inserts since I started getting heel pain- these are the best!! Im ordering several pairs for all my shoes. I wear a 6 and half and the xs fits with a little trimming.

Insoles with good arch support
The arch support hits just right for my daughter and I. We have reordered a couple of times. Easy to cut if a little too big. I wear size 7 or 8 shoe and I think I order size small.

XS is about women's size 4.
Fits women size 4 perfectly with no cutting. I purchased size extra small. Great arch support.

Made my plantar fasciitis worse. Don't recommend
These are not comfortable to wear, but I got them for support so that was what I was focusing on. However, within a couple of weeks of wearing these stopped being supportive. My plantar fasciitis has flared up and it is as bad is it was before I even started wearing insoles. Basically, these made my plantar fasciitis worse so I do NOT recommend these.

Very Uncomfortable for my foot i cut off the heel and using the top part /pain frustrating on returning them!
