I have about 20 now and don't know if I should toss any. I see no difference over time, but I have a lot of shoes. I used to wear thousand dollar prescription orthotics and I know these have a shallower arch, but the consistency is important. All my shoes, all the time, full length. The hard edge on the shorter ones created problems. I just wear orthotic slippers ar home and I'm covered.

Great for old pronated feet
I just ordered and tried these insoles and a pair of Super Feet insoles to compare. They are both good but I actually may like these better and they are less than half the price of Super Feet which my chiropractor recommended. Give them a try; they're firm but comfy and offer plenty of support for my old probated feet!
