I buy it for a family member with Traumatic Brain Injury. This phone is easier for him to use than a smart phone. He can't use the touch screen, and any voice to text features don't work; it can't figure out his voice. I hope they keep making these

A great flip phone for seniors. The keys are large. You may need to go to the Cricket store for help determining how to set it up. This phone is slightly different from the flip phone with the same name in the Cricket store. My fellow only talks, no text, no photos, no internet/wifi connected. Ring, ring, "hello", that is it. I put a few family member's contacts in the phone for him. Only thing I hate is the poor choice to ring tones. They are all obnoxious noises, nothing like a smart phone ring. I chose the lest offensive noise for him. UGH!

As much as I prefer my smart phone, my grandson wanted a flip phone... it's easy for him to use and he loves it.

Availability. It's a newer version of my in laws current cricket phone. Gotta keep the in laws happy!

IT IS COMPACT AND SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT IN THE POCKET, BUT IT HAS LIMITATIONS OF NOT BEING EASY TO ACCESS THE INTERNET AS EASILY AS AN iPHONE. THE PICTURE SCREEN IS VERY SMALL AND DETAILS IN THE PICTURE ARE NOT SEEN AS CLEARLY AS I WOULD LIKE.

This phone is a gift for a person who is blind and cannot use a touch screen because functions change position on the screen. The flip-phone allows him to operate the phone by feel. Since the phone also has screen read functionality included in the menu, ne is able to make and receive calls.

It's ok as a basic phone but there were too many limitations and glitches. The software needs more refinement. I had to go back to my old phone.

do not buy this. after one day after it took forever for cricket to turn it on. i had to pay $15 bucks more for them to turn it on. then after one day it stated i had to get internet to update the new phone. which then meant i had to update the plan. i only wanted just to call. this is not worth the money.

I'm old school and don't want my life ran by a hand computer AKA smartphone so i use a flip and this one is the worst. ive had 3 of them since its the only one available with cricket and all have issues with the buttons sticking which makes it impossible to text and causes issues dialing.
