called them to activate this sim card and after 40 minutes of trying i was told it was not an Ultra mobile sim card number even though packaging and sim said it was, to go back to Walmart to get another Ultra sim card. I went to store to purchase another Ultra mobile sim card and spent another 40 minutes trying to make them understand that there was an issue at their end but they kept telling me to return that sim card to Walmart. None of the cards at Walmart work... carrier states these sim cards are not available for activation...

SIM Card not store activated as purchased online, not scanned as purchased. Waste of money spent. Do not order online, shopper skipped step of scanning barcode to activate.

Total waste of money
Even though the card says that it's able to be activated, customer service told me that the card was outdated and could not be activated. Total waste of money.

be careful with this they trick you into paying for service I paid for it and still don't have service the 3 month thing just starting out as data only so I added talk 10 more dollars and still no service
