Del Monte Diced Potatoes, Canned Vegetables, 14.5 oz Can

I have used these off and on for years. Sometimes the sliced, whole or diced, depending on what I need them for. They are great to have on hand in the pantry. And added note: I have tried other brands for cost saving but none have ever compared to the brand named. I highly recommend these as some that I have tried turned to mush.

Perfect pantry item to keep in stock. I make soups with these diced potatoes. Fresh and easy ready to dump in pot. I drain the liquid in can and rinse potatoes good and than dump in pot. My personal way of doing things. But its a good product and good value.

Great as an ingredient in vegetable stew. Whole and sliced potatoes are too big for easy eating. These are right-sized for a stew made with other small veggies (cut green beans, cannellini beans, diced carrots, chopped onions, etc). Firm enough to remain chewy, but not hard. Because of leeching while canned, you might want to strain and rinse before using.

I use these diced potatoes in soups, stews and breakfast burritos. It's so convenient not having to do all that dicing! I've even used them as a side dish, with butter and cheese. So, they're very versatile. Good flavor, good texture, not mushy.

I have an arthritis in my wrists an an finding harder to peel potatoes. I make a lot of soups and the canned, diced potatoes are a perfect item for me. I could not tell the difference in the flafor of the soup. Recommend this product.

These worked perfect for camping and frying up some breakfast potatoes in the cast iron skillet. Much better than other brands I've tried. So much easier than peeling, dicing, and trying cook up some potatoes yourself, which I never seem to do correctly. So much better to just pop these open, add some veggies, salt and pepper, and BOOM BREAKFAST.

I typically use this product when I make breakfast for my family. I’ve never had any concerns. Good taste.

I can't use a whole bag of potatoes I end up throwing some away, this is perfect for me taste good it's good for 1 time just the way I like it

It's a convenient, tasty shortcut. If I want to do a quick potato dish, I can easily make escalloped potates, american fries, etc.

quality is fine but the real benefit is time and for house down sizining. Great for soups , casseroles and many other things.reduce the waste.
