Dell Latitude E6420 Laptop Computer, 2.50 GHz Intel i5 Dual Core Gen 2, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 128GB SSD Hard Drive, Windows 10 (Reused)

This computer was inexpensive but provides all the programs etc. that I need. It is great for beginners and people like myself that are not computer savvy.

Charger broke after a few months of use, but it runs amazingly! I've been using it for watching movies and working and it's faster than my computer and much more compact. The latch lid helps when carrying it around so you don't accidentally open it also!!!

there is there problem we've run into for this unit. the storage(SSD) was mostly taken up by the OS. the video memory was low and run everything on low settings. Other then that that the rams was low and made it hard to pay games. as for the battery, we keep it plugged in 90% of the time so not sure how bad or good it was/is. but if you need something like this for a school PC for typing this isn't to bad. the games she tryed on it was Eve Online(2/5 operation), Palia (4/5 operation), Palword (0/5 operation), Fallout 3 (1/5 operation), TESV Skyrim(1/5 operation), minecraft(4/5 operation), Space Engineers (0/5 operation if playing alone), other Programs that we tryed Open Office (2/5 operation, Worked, but was slow), Open Document ( 4/5 operation, ran faster), Programming in C%23 / Boo /Java / python ( 3.76/5 operation,slowed down if i typed to fast), Blender 3d 3.6a (1/5 operation, worked hard to use thanks to the track pad, had to by a mouse for it, was slower then blender 3d 2.7b, crashed on rendering). Blender 3d 2.7b (3.47/5 operation, worked hard to use thanks to the track pad, had to by a mouse for it, ran ok tho as long as not rendering in cycles). So if you by this just get a new USB dive or External SSD %26 Mouse to go with it to help out store and controlling it. TLDR: Good for extrema low end gaming and maybe typing up story and browsing the net, if that is all you wont when a good buy.

Good Solid Dell Latitude, but, as with all Dells since Tech support moved away, it's not perfect. Dell was once the "go to" for quality, but now it's "just another show". Still, the laptop works, and, but for a few "dots" among the screen LEDs, it's more than Okay.

The computer would not open windows. Couldn't get in. Several several calls to support and was told something was not downloaded properly and to mail it back. I worked on diagnostics for 2 days. With help from tutorials on you tube and calls with more support and friends. I got windows to open. I'm an old female. While I'm proud of myself for this, I don't think I would buy from Walmart again

This was clearly not built to last, and I'm incredibly disappointed. I feel like I was sold a faulty product that was bound to fail. Customer service has been unhelpful, leaving me with a useless, expensive paperweight. Don't waste your money here!

ASN is a 3rd party market. No where in the description/details did it list that this was refurbished. When I received it the paperwork inside listed it as (reused). I called immediately to ASN customer service they did send a return shipping label right away. I shipped it back within a few days. I had to reach out to see if they had received it and processed the refund. Then they only refunded a portion. When I questioned that he said Walmart must have charged me $50 to restock. I have reached out to the walmart.com customer service as I have never paid a restocking fee.

it eas delivered in my porch, i wasnt hone and it was stolen along with other packages from amazon. Been trying to resolve the issue the last 3 weeks, calls to walmart and affirm and now have a dispute going. And its still possible im honna have to keep oaying on sonething i dont have.

I thought buying with Seller by Walmart would be GREAT but boy was this the worst mistake EVER!!! I purchase this laptop due to needing to complete some late assignments however, I COULDN'T EVEN COMPLETE THEM WHAT SO EVER!!! The device same in-effective for use from the time I open the box. The seller sent the WORNG charger for the device then to makes matter worse THE DEVICE WOULDN'T go past the DELL screen page of booting up then turning black. After several attempts, I notified the seller via telephone and email and nothing changed but the consumer myself being left with this device in my possession. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Came battery charged but wouldn't change after it ran out. I bought the extended warranty. After a week or so it died. Called warranty number. Told it's covered by another warranty. I played whack a mole to get them to accept to fix/repair it. I sent it back a week ago. No communication or laptop.
