I upgraded it it's very good
Well first of all this is an Intel i5, which is what it said when I bought it. I am so happy with this purchase. It is perfect and the price was phenomenal!!! If it is a used computer, you would never know it. It looks brand new, works like it is brand new and I feel blessed to have it. Thank you.
I needed a machine big enough for reliable audio recording 16 G RAM - 3.7 GHz processor and it's extremely quiet. Not that impressed with the graphics chip so replaced with PCIe card. Didn't really need the huge HD but that's a bonus. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Supports 3 PCI cards double RAM (to 32) and a secondary HD (just stuff they don't tell you)
Ethernet adapter in the machine was not adequate. After installing a separate WiFi adapter, it worked well. Bluetooth was absent but easily added. Good value...i7 Intel with 16 Ram and 2 T of HD; lots of USB ports; optical drive. Make sure you are getting the features you require or can easily add. Otherwise, good deal.
Worked well out of the box. easy startup. I bought this computer because I needed a DVI video connection. The photographs and the description on the web page showed this was included on it. Was not in the unit I received. Had to do a work around.
Got this to replace a six year old computer still running windows 7. I have had it set up a week so far. It seems to be fine. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot faster than my old computer which was kind of surprising. It does whine though. I have it on my desk and it gets to be annoying. I find if I press my hand to the side, it stops. It also continually makes light thumping noises which makes me wonder if one day it is just going to come apart internally. But I am taking a chance to save money and for now, it works as it should. I just surf the internet and do some work remotely so I don't need anything fancy. Oh! And my old keyboard and mouse had issues which the new ones took care of so, again, nothing fancy but they do the job.
Noisy Fan or Hard drive. PC seems to work O.K. but noise is annoying. It is intermittent, noisy for a couple minutes then no noise. Maybe a fan, not sure yet.
I received this PC with 12 gb of RAM (2 sticks of 4 gb and 2 sticks of 2 gb) instead of just 2 sticks of 8, so now if I want to upgrade to 32 gb, I will have to buy 4 brand new sticks of 8 gb ram. It was advertised as having 16 gb and even said so on the packing slip. I'm pretty disappointed. If the company fixes this issue, I'll rewrite this review and give it more stars.
sent me a 7020 instead of a 9020, i was moving and waited over 5 months to open and setup the computer. they sent me the wrong computer.
The processor is a 3.1 not a 3.4, it should take up to 32gb of memory but will only take 16gb. it also had a csrss.exe trojan bug on it. I will not buy any thing else.
