Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse KM5221W 2.4GHz Wireless Bluetooth Programmable Black

This set replaces a Logitech KM9550. While the Logitech keyboard is OK albeit heavy, the Logitech mouse is pretty bad: too large and with "finicky" clicks. This "older" Dell set, even on the less expensive side, is much better. Typing is more than OK and the mouse is extremely usable - and all these for 1/3 of the price of Logitech. Thank you Dell!

Great keyboard - slim so it doesn't take up desk space. My desk is filled with all kinds of electronic test equipment so this was a good choice for me.

Keyboard great. Like the noise it makes. You know you're hitting the keys. Keys are closer together. Mouse so-so. Actual physical mouse good. Probably a Windows setting I haven't got to yet but it's very particular on where you have to place the pointer

I like the convenience of having a wireless keyboard and mouse because I do not feel the need to hassle with wires while working on my projects. It is less restrictive and the battery life is good for over a year or longer. I have not had to change the batteries yet. There have not been any missed keyboard strokes or mouse clicks. I used other more expensive brands and this wireless keyboard, and wireless mouse works simply fine.

This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is excellent. Right out of the box, it transformed my workspace and boosted productivity, I was finally able to eliminate all the clutter of wires while connecting my laptop to everything seamlessly. Thanks, team!

I use this keyboard and mouse with the monitor at my sit down desk and the laptop on my stand up desk. I should have bought an upgraded product as I have issues with the keys on the keyboard sticking and having to click twice on the mouse to get a response.

I have used it for less than a month. The keyboard is space efficient, is nicely responsive, and provides the numbers pad that is not on my laptop keyboard. I am concerned about the mouse as I experience a "wiggly" looking screen delay when moving it. Like the price!

The keyboard and mouse suffer from poor responsiveness. Keystrokes occasionally feel delayed or inconsistent, and the mouse is unreliable, with lag and missed inputs that disrupt basic navigation and negatively impact productivity. I would not recommend

Review Title: Frequent connectivity and performance issues Review: I am very disappointed with the Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse (KM5221W). I have been experiencing significant performance issues since I started using this set. The mouse frequently stops moving during use, requiring me to toggle the power switch to get it to respond again. Additionally, the keyboard occasionally freezes up entirely and refuses to register any keystrokes, which makes it extremely difficult to get any work done. I expected much better reliability from a Dell peripheral. I would not recommend this product.

Was purchased as part of a new PC. PC was a disapointment and was misrepresented. I opened up the package for the keyboard and surprised by how lightweight and flimsy the keyboard felt. Since I was sending the PC back, sent the keyboard back also. Will buy a PC from another mfg, and select a Logitech for that unit.
