I absolutely LOVE it! Set up was a breeze, Microsoft did it all, and very quickly... unless it was tech support lol. Either way, it was up and running so fast. The only thing I had trouble with was where to plug in the cords on the monitor, then I flipped it and found they plug in under it. (I never had that type of monitor before) I am very pleased with this purchase.
My son loves it %26 was really excited to get this gift. He went to set up %26 there is no power cord. He's pretty bummed right now but hopefully we will get a response from the seller.
The computer is great for minimum graphic gaming with 128mb graphics card. I dont blame the company what so ever for that since I chose to buy it but the graphics card should also be part of the specification so that everyone knows what they are getting before they buy. its my first ever gaming computer so I dont mind it but I will definitely be upgrading the graphics a bit later down the rode.
After I set the gaming PC up it was working alright bit after my grandson used it for 3 days the fan in the PC started making loud noises, so he turned it off immediately, so know I have to use the warranty I purchased for the gaming system or maybe the manufacturer warranty will kick in. Just be aware of this product.
this PC was infected with several viruses and it still can't be used ...I went and bought a virus protection and took it to the Greek squad and they told me it's a lost cause and this PC is valued at about $200.00 and it's old....I'm returning..
Great value and it was a nice set up but after getting it all unpacked and set up the tower wasn't working. Had to pack it all back up and return it.
The product arrived defective; it appeared to be used. The return and refund process is very slow, and I am not satisfied with the purchase.

I had refund the itemsssss last week on the 10th of dec it was a Monday it beeen two week I have not received my refund
It doesn't look new and it's difficult to set up and I'm not understanding why they are two different brands
