I haven't exactly installed this Air Conditioner yet, as I have to wait for someone to come install it. However; I am very pleased that I found an A/C with ALL the options I wanted! There was maybe 2 options that had them all, I was very surprised there weren't more! I wanted an A/C that was QUIET since it sits basically behind my bed and I have to turn the TV up to almost maximum volume, to be able to hear it. Nevermind be able to hear someone else talk. I also wanted an A/C that was a "smart unit" so I could hook it up to my phone. That way I can turn it on from basically anywhere! I also wanted one with a remote, which will make it so much easier to change the temp or turn it off and on! Lastly, I wanted a window unit and not a stand up A/C that would take up a ton of space in my bedroom! It was incredibly difficult to find one with all these options: window unit, quiet, with a remote and compatible with my phone! Thankfully, I found this one, at Walmart! No other stores had anything even close! I even got it at an amazing price! It even had different options in case someone needed more or less BTU's than someone else. Simply amazing product! It also came about 5 days sooner than I expected, WIN! And if after I use it, I can edit this review, I will be sure to try to! Thank you for offering such an amazing product!
Excellent a/c unit cools very nicely!

easy to use and totally saved us this summer
cools well. It is cooling a 2nd story large bedroom and hallway easily. The cool air travels down to the main floor as well. Impressed. It's relatively quiet. Much quieter than the previous ones I owned. Easy to operate. Like that it is Energy Star. Had a bit of trouble installing it into the window. Took a bit of ingenuity but it is in a two story window so that makes it more challenging.
Keeps my room cool, i love that i can control it from my phone!!
I like having a remote so I don't have to get up in the night. Cools the room really fast! Only used for a day or so but it's working well so far 👍🏾
Whisper quiet... its the loudest AC unit we have ever installed. terrible noise, does an ok job despite the deafening thunder. seriously overpriced for what it claims. look elsewhere.
Product is not as advertised and not worth the money.
After normal operation I would say that I am concerned to say the least about the overall safety rating that this unit has. There is no way in my opinion that this unit should be dreamed safe to use over extended periods of time not only is it not worth the money at this point but the overall threat to health and life in my opinion should be taken into consideration . In my opinion I say not worth it buyer beware
