The product is excellent. Walmart's delivery of the product is despicable. I wanted to pick up the Delo at the store as I had with past orders, but Walmart's site said that it could only be shipped. It stated that the arrival would be the next day, though. I received a notification this morning that my shipment was delivered. Instead of the 12 one gallon jugs (4 boxes of 3 jugs) that I was expecting, there were just 3 loose jugs. I contacted Walmart through their chat and was told that there was another delivery arriving tonight and if the rest didn't arrive by 10 PM to contact them. Well a delivery arrived in the late afternoon, but once more only with 3 jugs. I kept my lights on until after 10, but there was no further delivery. I contacted the chat again and was informed that I was sent all that was in stock and the rest of my delivery was on backorder. Walmart never sent me any notification that my order would only be partially filled, leaving me having to wait all night for an order that was not going to arrive. To make matters worse, Walmart's messages and emails have various statements as to the quantity delivered. For my first delivery, the text message accurately states that I received 3; an email erroneously says that I received 9; and my Walmart account incorrectly shows that I received 4! I have no idea if I will receive my full order or when it will arrive (so I could be available to receive it). The lack of communication from Walmart is unbelievable. To make matters worse, I rated the deliveries poorly since I didn't receive my full order or even the amount shown on my Walmart account, but now I realize that it is that it is an administrative problem with their lack of proper communication; withholding information from customers about backorders; and their inability to stock enough Delo at the store. If you can't pick up Delo at the store, go elsewhere! Do not use Walmart shipping! Especially if you are buying multiple 3 packs because their computer cannot add or multiply correctly.

Bought this after buying the mobile delvac 1300 15W40. My truck liked the Delo wayyyyy better. I go a lot more miles between oil changes when I switched.

I'm a small business owner. I have commercial accounts every where I can service my f550 170$ cheaper with all ford filters and %231 oil than I can at any parts store on my account!

Walmart continues to short my online pickup. I ordered 6 gallons (3x2) and received 5 gallons (5x1). It happens all the time, Walmart says they have stock, but nope the don't! I am questioning buying from them further.

I rolled up to the side of the store entered my parking space in the app and the young guy came out in less than 2 minutes with my three jugs of oil, impossible to beat!

Delivery did not arrive until 10:00 pm. The delivery address is a commercial address. I reached out to the driver to switch delivery to my home since I had already left the business address for the day. Driver did not respond. He did call when he arrived at the business address asking for instructions. I do not think English was his primary language as he had a hard time understanding my instructions.

I order this as I need it but the quality has gone down Vehicles seem to be using oil now when they did not before . Also I must be in some kind of repeat order or they just need to sale more 3 orders came in I did not order I called Walmart and ask to stop orders went on line and cancelled the repeat I did not apply for I still got 2 more orders I had to send back

I refused this order and the employees decided to list this as picked up and charged me. I contacted whatever country Walmart outsources and they assured me it would be credited back...stilll waiting

We are still missing 2 gallons. The last delivery showed two packages. We only received one box with 3 gallons and we ordered 12 on the original order.

I ordered this special for a customer and chose shipping, instead of store delivery or store pickup. This was delivered by 6 different drivers scattered over 2 days at different times of the day and just left with random employees. My very specific delivery instructions were ignored. The delivery drivers would pull up and block my only entrance to my business while they would dig around in their car locking for my items and one driver had his music blasting so loud that I could not hold a conversation with a customer. One of the deliveries stated it would be delivered by 10:00 pm and that was against what I ordered in the delivery instructions. After working a 10.5 hour day, I stayed at work an extra 4.5 hours waiting for this delivery that never showed.
