Excellent product. Works just as described.
Just put it together today. Works great in our small apartment. Bikes are out of the way and no screws in the walls. Does have a safety strap which can be used in case of kids or pets.
This rack looks great in our apartment and works great too. I like how you can adjust the hooks wherever you need them to fit each bike. I ordered a second one.
Stand works as advertised. It was very easy to put together. One of the hooks did tend to slide down a little with the bike weight on it, but a little duct tape wrapped around the vertical pole took care of that. The hook won't slip past the tape. I probably could have gone to the hardware store and got a couple of O-rings to do the same thing, but I was lazy and I had duct tape. The base in on a concrete floor. It doesn't slip at all. I have two bikes on the stand. A cruiser on the bottom and a road bike on the top. The stand hold them both very well. No tendency to move at all. It seems fairly solid even to light jostling. Pros: Inexpensive Easy to Assemble Holds the bikes well Cons: Did have to use a little duct tape to create a small barrier so the hooks wouldn't slip. For me this wasn't a big deal.
Great rack. Space saving. Easy to assemble. It came with 2 additional hooks. I guess they are there in case you lose the others, IDK. But it works well in my small space.
Good product. Works well appropriatly strong. easy assembly.4star rating because the helmet hooks come loose easily. But this is not a huge disadvantage. 2 helmet hooks come with product. Not shown in the picture.
It works, but the quality of the rubber on the hooks is rubbish. I was just setting it up, and the rubber already came off. If you get one pick your height and only put the hooks once.
The design is fine but it seems like it's only made for bikes with straight frames. I have 2 hybrid bikes; they both have slanted frames with the women's bike having a steeper slant. I can't fit both bikes on it. If I adjust the arms where the top frame is parallel with the ground, the front wheel sits lower than the back. The front wheel will hit the 2nd bike. When I tried to place the women's bike on the bottom, the back of the bike would hit the 2nd bike above it. I also need the women's bike to be on top because my partner uses his bike to commute to work more than me. The rubber on the arms are also too slippery. Although they stay in place vertically, they still move horizontally. Even when I tried to adjust the arms to hold the slanted frames as is, they would pivot, and because the bike's weight is towards the back, the arm that's supposed to support the rear would slide toward the front and my bike would've fallen backwards if I wasn't there to catch it. The arms also move or fall off sometimes when removing the bike, so I had to readjust or replace the arms back on.
Didn't receive my order.
This is not meant for two bicycles. As soon as we put the second bicycle on top, it kept slipping down. Returned right away! So disappointed because it would have been perfect in my garage.
