DEMULLER 5.0 Cu.ft Deep Freezer Small Chest Freezer Top Open Door Two Baskets Digital Display Black

I had several issues with this freezer. 1) order placed 11-30-24 package received 12-13-24 to wrong address. I took my dolly to the house down the street and retrieved my package. After unpackaging the freezer there was a dent in the door. Instead of returning the item, the seller gave me a $49.20 credit instead of the amount that I asked for of

This was scratched and dented when I opened the box

Came dented up , not sure if from store or delivery person

I needed a narrow freezer for a pantry and this worked perfectly! It had way more space inside than I was expecting. It is very quiet, and so, far it is working great! It was also light enough for me to carry into the house by myself. The control panel is on the front, on the bottom right, easy to access, and the plug and vent are on the right side of the freezer so it can be pushed up almost flat against a wall.

Just set it up today, but so far, so good. got comd really fast. checked it, and it was cold on the third hr and even an hr and a half in. will updare jf anythinf but so far loving it. The only thing is there may be a couple of scratches on the front. may be rhe plastic covering which i hope so. will update if anything. but as of now my experience has definitely been very positive.

I bought this item thinking it was a good deal because I didn't want a medium size due freezer in my apartment.I wanted something just small enough to store food.I had just unboxed the freezer a week.Ago of today, as of december, the first left the freezer running as it said. And the instructions and I put ice cream in it.And the freezer did not freeze. All my ice cream has melted.Even my vegetables have leaked out. These should be a refrigerated item for food, not a deep freezer to freeze food.Don't waste your money.I will return

Temperature control is good; the temperature setting on the freezer agrees very closely with my freezer thermometer that i leave inside the freezer. It is VERY quiet; I can barely hear it running even when standing directly in front of it. It's a great value for the money for a 1 or 2 people household. Doesn't take up a lot of space in the house, and holds more stuff that I need to keep frozen. DaveM

They sent me a broken freezer. The digital thermostat reads -12 degrees but the inside of the freezer stayed at 70 degrees. They have no customer service phone number for you to call and I would not recommend buying anything from Demuller. I sent them an email and didn't get a response back. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to get what you paid for or get your money back is ridiculous.

I love it. I'm a senior so for the amount of room inside it's good. Two baskets are good, but I use just one for now, but good to have it for when I need it. The fact that it doesnt touch the floor is great. I had a 5 cu. one which went out on me in 9yrs. I thought it was a great deal, but why the $59 charge? I will give another review in 6 months.

Arrived early but with a large dent in the side. Not worth the hassle to return. Seems to keep temperature but already had some interior ice after one day. Would buy in person rather than on line
