They spark joy
Car runs smooth. Honda recommends anti-seize. Others suggest fitting dry. I did anti-seize and torqued to 22nm according to the manual

Best spark plugs in the World, Best price, JEGS!
It turns out I didn't need to replace the previous set I also purchased from JEGS 140000 miles ago! My Honda dealer had recommended replacing my spark plugs ($211 +Tax!, including labor), but to my amazement, when I pulled them out, they showed no sign ANY wear!
