My husband has had bladder control problems for years. Prostate cancer really interrupts your life. Now he can feel confident at night and out in public. They hold all his leaks and the odor that comes with that. He's back to drinking the water he needs to consume without fear. I know we all have problems and for men, it seems harder to accept but there is help with Depends.

I'm 74 and have to deal with prostate blah, blah, blah. These pads are about the best thing I've found for the "issue". They are comfortable and absorbent as advertised. They are good for outings and most overnights (provided one doesn't overindulge on the fluid intake in the evenings). Worth the price.

Okay these are huge! They are definitely bulky and thick and did I say huge. There were no leaks. I did realize I bought 3x which makes sense so big. BUT the picture is deceiving on the size. I would say they are absorbent and effective. there were no leaks. just be aware they are not exactly like the picture.

Price and product are okay, but it would have been courteous for Walmart to at least put the product in a package so that my whole neighborhood does not have to learn that I am incontinent while the delivery sits exposed on my front doorstep all day 'till I get home. I'll stick with Amazon next time!

I reached out to the company because they sent me the wrong item. They told me it could not be re-ordered and I need to return it for a refund. I had this item shipped and I'm not quite sure how I would send it back. I don't feel like it's my responsibility to go somewhere to have it shipped because they sent the wrong item. Very disappointed.

The "new and improved" guards are far inferior to the guards I've used the past 5 years. The absorbency is much less than the old style Guards, the old ones were really good. I normally use 3 in a 24 hour period, but with the new style it takes 6. I am definitely going to search for a different brand that hopefully is as good as the old style of Guards

These pads are allegedly the new and improved of the 30 time absorbency. They are not. there are kind of a triangular shape now and don't fully cover. Father has two use two of them to make full coverage and some comparable absorbency to match the old style.

I ordered the 30X incontinence pad as shown in the picture BUT received the new MAX pad which is narrower/smaller and husband was not happy. He needs the larger version for extended hours at work. Apparently Depends must be phasing out the 30X Guards to the MAX pad so we have no choice but to keep them for now.
