These Depends sausage liners really do the truck and save a guy from a lot of embarrassment and trouble while being out and about.

The item is much thinner than the item it replaced. Not sure as yet about its absorbentcy.

Very dissatisfied

Terry July 29, 2026

I ordered 4 items of 104 count. I only received 4 items of 52 count. I contacted the shipper and they said, on July 24, they would send the remainder but that has not happened as of July 30. The shipment that arrived took 2 weeks. The Walmart associated tracking information was mostly grossly inaccurate. It wasn't until I started getting tracking messages from UPS, the actual delivery company, that I knew when to expect the package. The actual product was what I expected.

The description states that they are 5 1/2 in x 12 in which when received they are only 4 1/2 in. x 10 1/2 in. I have ordered them 3 times now and each time they send me the small ones. they leak on the sides and do not absorb at all. This requires changing underwear and sometimes pants. I have gotten the large ones, and they do not leak. These are being shipped from Honest Medical, and they seem to not be able to get it right.

It wasn't broke, but they "fixed" it anyway.Awful.

I have used the prior version of these pads since my prostate surgery 10 years ago, and "depended" on them - they did what I needed them to do and normal life would not have been possible without them. One pad would usually get me through the day with no leaks. The new version cannot be "depended" on for anything close to that. There is much less absorbency at the bottom of the pad, and, since liquid flows downhill, that is where it leaks first, and of course once it starts to leak, I need to find a place fast to make a change. With the old pads, I had peace of mind that I would usually get through the day without having to worry about leaks, and I really appreciated that. With the new pads, I have no peace of mind at all, am constantly worried and checking, and so I will be buying the Amazon basic version of these pads (which appear to have a similar design to the old Depends) from now on, and hope they work as well. I called the number for customer feedback that Depends provides for customer feedback, and the empathetic customer service person apologized for my experience but said they have no plans to go back to the other design. The customer may not always be right, but we are in this case and the company clearly does not care about our experience, despite the apology. Anyone like me that "depends" on a product like this is not going to just accept that we need to be constantly worried about leaks and use 3 pads a day to do what 1 pad used to do, so the company has forced our hands to find something else. I had never intended to change brands, but I have no choice but to do that now. Thanks for 10 years of a great product, but I am no longer a customer. I hope Walmart forwards this to the company.
