These are great for overnight. Much more absorbent for a better nights sleep. Takes a little adjustment to the larger pad, but doesn't seem to be a problem.

The first photo is of a diaper used in rest homes. These use tape tabs to put on a patient. The second photo this diaper is overlapped by a diaper insert made by the same company. It's nearly the same amount of material but a little shorter. The third photo shows. The diaper being reviewed cut along both sides and opened up on top as you can see the amount of material use the sub substantially less in each case. This one is narrower and shorter! It still has more adsorption area than conventional diapers. Also it is wider through the crotch area, so if gives a much better fit for men in this area. The fourth photo tries to compare the insert adsorption area with the area in the cut open diaper. The insert is not stretched out, but when it is long enough to cover nearly the entire length of the diaper, from front to back. Although the back of the diaper need not be extended, the front needs to go all the way to the top.

My husband wears these and the pads together and he still has to change his pants each time he wets them. He has dementia so it may just be him, I don't know. They do fit better than others.

Had high hopes for this product fo my Dad and it fell flat. Didn't find them to be any different than day underwear. Based on the advertising they promote more absorption, long lasting. Not the case. It may work for someone else but buyer beware.
