So I'll level with you. I don't need these for incontinence. I'm still doing good on that front. However, I guess I rolled the dice with tacos in Michigan in the second week of July and wound up with a nasty case of cyclospora. While I've been pretty lucky as far as ... you know... goes, I got these as insurance because I'd rather not have to wash my entire bedding in the event that something goes catastrophically wrong. I will say that they're ... not a perfect fit, and I wouldn't trust them for a lot of... you know.. but I think for my purposes they're pretty okay. I'd just really rather be safe than sorry. Anyway, be safe out there, and I'm sorry if you're also buying these for that reason.

These work really well overnight. I would give them 5 stars but I have a little leak over the sides between the legs, I believe it to be overflow. The fit is on point. I wear the XL. I was very surprised at the fit. It's as comfortable as it can be. It Doesn't rub in my skin or tug anywhere. This is my first time wearing anything like this and it has been a positive experience

Ive quality for the last year has been bad. i switched to a different brand because these undies are breaking apart (like dry rot from age) which means i go through more of them in any given time period. This makes them more expensive and less reliable.

All 4 items were thrown on porch unbagged In the past they were all bagged together. these are personal items and do not want passerby's to look at them

I needed a XXL, but ordered an XL. Can it be exchanged for the larger size? I'm home bound and unable to return at the store. Haven't been outside for over 2 years except in an ambulance.

Don't be misled about the absorbency of this product. It is NOT absorbent like it makes you think. If it gets you through the night, then you must either be serious dehydrated or dead! Why cannot Depends make a truly absorbent undergarment? Obviously, they've never seen these in actual use. I changed brands to DryDirect and they work much better.

12 hour? That a joke. The only way that works is to have no leaks or accidents for 12 hrs. These are worthless. Doesn't fit well. Leaks. Doesn't absorb fast. Waste of money. I've found two products that are so much better: Because and Northshore. Will never by Depends again. Company needs to start from scratch again.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The quality of it is terrible. They tear easy in the middle liner. Part does not soak or absorb the blood and tears easy basically falling apart.
