So far so good! I made Rice a Roni in it and it came out good. I think it's going to do great with veggies too!

Be careful putting too much water into the vegetables. It's not great for fish or poultry because because you have to put the items into the water not above the water.

I've been looking for a rice cooker for a while. I like it, although I ordered a red one and got a white one. I have been following the in structions, and have not used the classic 2/1 water to rice ratio. It says to leave the lid closed until it reaches the desired consistency. It would have been more helpful had it said how long to leave it closed for fluffy rice.

This microwave cooker steamer works well with just about anything you want to steam cook, and works as an exceptional rice cooker. It's sturdy and and contains mixing spoon, measuring cup, and two different lids.

This oot is great. I use it all the time. I had a different one, that was t quite as big. The design on this ine is better keeps from getting stram burned wheb opening it. We love it!

Great product and service

The first thing fall apart was the poorly designed and cheap lock down handles and then after two times trying to cook anything in it was a total joke. I was a chef for many years and I would have thrown this item away right from the first but I wanted to at least give it a try and what a waste of money.

Poor quality. Cheaply made. Lid too big, didn't fit to get a seal, steam would escape. Latches didn't line up straight to hold lid, plus latches flimsy thin. Extra plastic from manufacturing wasn't trimmed/cleaned off. Holes that were cut in manufacturing process were rough jagged/edges. No quality control. Will be returning for refund.

i used their measuring cup and followed their directions. it just made a starchy mess in my microwave, uncooked rice after 30 minutes of waiting and burned my face when i opened it. the lid came apart and the inside lid was stuck to the bottom. spattered hot starchy water all over my face and eyes. this product is dangerous and just doesn't work.
