I would recommend them to a friend, but I would tell them they're not as sturdy as I thought they would be. But the good thing about them once you put them on the door they do not move.
I noticed after I bought these over the door hooks that they bend in a little and HUG your door so they won't slip anywhere. Whoever designed these deserves a medal.
These hangers are a somewhat softer plastic than the previous hooks we had on our pantry door, a little more "flexible" and thinner than the others (not stiff), combined with a clip that holds snugly to the door. They are also about 1 1/2 inches longer than the previous clips we used, making it a little easier to reach things. Overall, these clips hold more snugly, fit better over the door, and give a little more length.
These over the door hooks are some of the best I've bought! Made out of metal, flex to fit door depth exactly, and don't slide around.

flexibility and bends plastic. wasn't what I thought it would be so I hope that it will still fit my needs. just won't be hanging what I was planning on it, just lighter items
