I was so excited to find that Dermasuri now makes a “face size”. I have significant skin issues. I have had keratosis pelaris (chicken skin) since childhood, though only discovered what it was in the last couple years. Since I have been attempting to find the right combination of chemical and manual exfoliators to reduce the amount of bumps that literally cover both my legs. An added issue is that excess Keratin, which is what the bumps are, essentially acts like a glue, holding onto dead skin cells. Manual exfoliation is a necessity for me. The amount of skin that comes off is both shocking and grotesque. I have tried many exfolitors. In the last year discovered the material used in Japanese bath houses. Literally the only material that will my glued down dead skin off. But I did discover though while handling these mitts, they feel the same, not all are created equal. This brand is the one for me. A previous mitt would remove skin but not as much and required more effort on my part. The added effort irritates my skin further which then causes it to produce more keratin. I was basically causing more keratin production by trying to remove it. This particular line of mitts removes skin with minimal effort, my legs are not even pink when I finished. The important thing to note is the method of which it's used. I've seen so many reviews on other products of people claiming nothing was removed. That's just not possible unless you're doing it wrong. Both your skin and the mitt should be wet but not dripping. If you're in the shower you must either turn off the water or step out of it before beginning. Then, each part should be done individually. You must place firm pressure on the material and drag up, down or side to side, depending on the body part, SLOWLY, otherwise it won't be able to grab onto that dead skin. The face for most people is a different story. Personally, I still need to do an up or down motion, circular doesn't work, though for others without my condition, circular would probably work without risk of damage. If you're in the market for an exfoliator mitt that works and doesn't cost $40, this is the brand to go with.
I have been having issues with my skin. When I shower I've used all types of scrubs and different gels/scrubs that did not work. I would scrub for eternity in the shower and when I would towel off is when skin would fall off. I bought this and immediately saw results. I accidently bought the face one instead of the body one but I can tell you this is one of of the not best exfoliating scrubs there are. First time in the shower and it worked to absolute perfection where I could see it working while other scrubs did nothing.
I was looking for something to wash my face with other than just hands and soap and this was the perfect solution it does a great job my face feels nice and smooth.
I like the fact that the facial scrubber gently removes the dead skin from your face in a gentle way, its not hard on the skin and it doesn't irritate your face, it's a very good product for removing dead skin cells, its a very good product
The item arrived in a timely matter. Works great. Removes dead flakey skin. Use gentle circular motion.
Easy to use. Works great with my cleanser. Leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth followed by a good moisturizer. Highly recommend.
The mitt itself had lots of powder-like layer of dead skin, which was equal parts gross and incredibly satisfying. Love it's super easy to use - just wet the mitt, massage your face in circular motions, and rinse. Not just exfoliate but removes makeup so easily.

I can't express how much of a game changer Dermasuri's Face Scrub has been for my skin care routine!! I have extremely sensitive skin and traditional chemical exfoliators would always send my skin into a frenzy. The key to the best results is to use this on wet skin without any other soaps or cleansers so that it can exfoliate your skin effectively.
The exfoliating part is good. However the product is awkward to use. You can't really fit your hand in it like described. Then when holding it it's not secure.
