This is a great non-greasy moisturizer with the benefits of SA, it's fragrance-free which is perfect for sensitive skin girlies! Gentle, exfoliating SA, lightweight, I love it! I've been using it now for about 2 months.
Since hitting menopause, my skin has been out of whack and extremely dry. I have used Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for 35 plus years and decided to give this lotion a try. I like it because it smells good, goes on nicely and doesn't feel heavy or greasy. I have seen an improvement to my facial dryness when I use it. Overall, I am quite pleased with this lotion and highly recommend it!
Tried this for the First time. a Little goes a long way, my face feels moisturized, hydrated, and my skin feels soft all day. The scent is faint. Must try
Finding a good exfoliating lotion is a nightmare for me because my skin is so sensitive. Everything either feels like sandpaper or makes me break out. I took a chance on the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Lotion and it's been a game-changer. It's so lightweight and doesn't have that weird fragrance so many lotions do. It's been great at smoothing out my bumpy skin without any irritation.
There is not much of a sent. It's not thick, it's for people who have calluses or thicker skin, it helps your skin flake off the dead layers! So you will see your dead skin flaking off everywhere while using it, if you're using it everyday! I got it for my feet!
Currently I love how it makes my skin look however it's kind of greasy. It's not causing more acne however it just feels a bit odd. I actually thought it was soap at first due to the texture. I highly recommend if you don't have sensory issues or glasses though.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent of this product and it is a great value for money. The texture smooth and application good. Just wasn't a product for my skin type. Packaging was recognisable and I'd be able to find it in the shops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Lotion a few months ago received by influenster, and it has quickly become one of my favorite moisturisers. I love that it's lightweight and absorbs into my skin almost instantly without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling. It helps to gently smooth out rough, bumpy areas while still being kind to my sensitive skin. I usually struggle with exfoliating products because they leave me dry or irritated or with breakouts but this lotion strikes the perfect balance as it hydrates deeply while giving me smoother, softer texture. My skin feels noticeably more even, and I can use it daily without worrying about redness or discomfort. It's definitely a product I'll keep in my skincare routine.
I purchased the lotion with the cleanser after watching video reviews and doing follow-up reading. I was looking to correct hyperpigmentation and have t-zone sensitive skin. Both products smell like chemicals and the lotion leaves a sticky residue. After two weeks I got my first pimple in years. It also leaves a burning sensation on my skin. I wanted this to work but you should not feel dirty and poisoned after washing and moisturizing your face.
I bought this product thinking it would help acne but not be harsh on the skin and add moisturization. however, my face completely broke out but not an acne breakout. it was big red spots all over my face that burned and became kinda like chapped? I'm not quite sure how to describe it.... I hoped since it said gentle it would work on my sensitive skin.... just be cautious when using if you purchase this product and have sensitive skin.
