My husband said the "goo" did offer some relief from the itching. However, it is a sticky substance and will stain clothing. Note: our jar came with a broken lid. It was obvious that it was shipped that way since it had been taped together with painter's tape. Then it had been double wrapped to keep the lid on.
Bought for a friend online and had it shipped. He said it worked and has very few scars left. I'm not sure if it helped relieve itchiness or other symptoms.
If you are suffering from Shingles, run to your medical practitioner for Gabapentin! This only helps slightly!
Just smear it on and starts to go to work that's it.
Not worth it. See no relief nor improvement. Does apply without leaving greasy residue. Other wise, save your money.
