Go to diaper rash cream
This has been our go to diaper rash cream since our pediatrician recommended it. It works quickly when my little one starts getting red or irritated, and the tube lasts much longer than I expected. I always keep a tube on hand.

Mainly got this so I can have a backup diaper rash cream for a flight with my baby, didn't have to use it but it made it through customs with no issues.

Excellent product...
I wore this to treat heat rash under my breasts. The rash is now gone but I am wearing it daily to keep sweat and heat rash away. I am basically at home so don't wear a bra most of the time. If applied while wearing bras they would need to be washed daily.

Desitin is a very soothing product to use on bed sores, creating a pad-like coverage that makes me comfortable in bed and lets me sleep all night, just what I need for healing. It is NOT only for diaper rash, and is better than ButtPaste!

The smell is horrendous. Smells like fish. Helps babies diaper rashes very GOOD! But is very hard to clean off if you accidentally get it on anything.
