Never got a rash
Been using this since my daughter was born, not sure if its a strange coincidence but she has never gotten a single diaper rash to date, she is 3 years old now. Not even one but we use this every single time we change her. They did change the texture or consistency of it at one point and we were worried it was going to be different but it wasnt.

Penaten Daily Cream -Must have for baby
This is a great, well priced daily cream. I use this every time I change my little one. It seems to help keep her dry and stop any mess or moisture from sticking to her skin and therefore she has never had a serious diaper rash. If she ever seems red I switch to the medicated Penaten for a day or so. This cream is also super easy to wipe or wash off your hands which is great for changes on the go and the tube is brilliant and gives you just enough cream. It goes far and one tube lasts me weeks ! Highly recommend.

Multi use
Unlike the thick white paste this petroleum version goes on smooth and clear without the messy residue or heavy medicinal smell. It works wonder for standby soothing diaper rash and irritated skin on the kids, but just is amazing for adults dealing with severely dry hands cracked heels or friction chafing.

Happy Mom
I live this ointment. It works great. No messy white stuff that takes me forever to get off. Its sensitive on the babies skin and wipes off easily. I dont use anything else

Great product ! First time trying this out we've always used desitin since my daughter has been born and this by far has been the best ! Not leaving a residue and clears her rash the next day

Not the best
I do like that this is zinc oxide free. It works well at first, but because it absorbs into the skin, frequent reapplication is needed and more product is used. I will go to back to my vitamin a
