DeWalt 22 oz. Smooth Face Demo Hammer Steel Handle

I purchased this hammer mainly for its built-in 2x4 gripper which is really useful to help align a twisted 2x4 wood for nailing down to other pieces. The hammer is a solid build with well-distributed weight and firm handle grip. I would recommend it for people doing wood work.

I bought this to destruct a crumbling shed. It proved to be very helpful constructing a deck as the built in hook feature allows for tweaking joists into vertical alignment. Very sturdy and well balanced.

This remodeling hammer provides all necessary features. The product was delivered within the expected timeframe.

I was tearing out a wall and some drywall from the ceiling. The drywall managed to get spray form insulation in between it and the stealing joists which made me have to hand saw the drywall out joist to joist. Bought this hammer and it made the rest of the demo a breeze. All I had to do was score the drywall, put a couple holes then pull hard with the claw. Swinging is an ease and it pries everything except stubborn trim nails.

I love the claw on this. I use it to hold on when I am in rafters. Also makes removing a 2x4 easy. The head angle makes it a bit hard to pound a nail but I guess thats wht they call it a demo hammer haha! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
