DEWALT DCW600B 20V MAX XR CMPCT Metal Fixed Base Router

I finally got to use this router. This tool performed beyond my expectations. It is easy to handle, provided one holds a firm grip. Great tool. This one has power to handle your needs.

I have stage 4 lung cancer and getting around isn't that easy for me. I ordered the router and the seller marked it as shipped but did not ship the item according to ups with the tracking number they had provided. The item was past due and still not in the hands of ups. I initiated a refund and the money was returned before the item had shipped. I ordered a completely different router from another seller. This company sent the router out anyway and charged me again saying I would now have to return the item. I called customer service and asked how we could resolve this. I explained what was going on. The customer service rep said not to worry I can keep the router and my money would be refunded. I was surprised and told him I just wanted the money back. Again he said I could keep the router and I would be refunded. No refund. I contacted support 2 other times and was told the same thing. I have the names and ticket numbers from the calls. The fourth call I asked to speak with a supervisor because at this point they are just trying to get off the phone. The supervisor said I would have to return the router and I only have so many days left or it would be too late. He stated it did not matter what I was told previously. I explained the situation to him. And said it did not matter I would have to return the item to ups. I am on pain medication and cannot drive. I don't have the ability to just run around and return an item that shouldn't have been shipped after the refund had been issued. This company is crooked and shipped the item so they could go ahead and charge anyway. I'm sure they get away with it more than people return items. Do not buy from this 3rd party seller. And be careful buying anything from Walmart online because when it comes to support you can't get In Touch with Walmart and they really don't care about the situation.

Overnight delivery was outstanding but the router was received with a cracked base plate. Structurally sound and functional but would have appreciated receiving new undamaged product. I'm keeping it but it will cost me $16 to replace the damaged base

I was surprised how much better it is to work with this one compared to my big router. The lower weight makes a huge difference and it seems to be a high quality tool so far. I recommend using a light battery, too. I use two 1.5 mAh packs and just have to swap from time to time.

just what i needed. Great price and super fast shipping

I think I paid for this thing in Jan or Feb....and finally got it in April. As mad as I was, it was well worth the wait. This thing chews up wood and spits sawdust like an old Ma Deuce 50 caliber machine gun. To say it's bad to the bone is an understatement. I don't think they make a 1/4 inch router tool big enough to bog it down. Torque for days. I was making 1/2x1/2 rabbits on 6 foot boards full depth almost as fast as I could walk. It doesn't bog and it doesn't have that high pitch scream. That's win, win for any router. I waited to buy any accessories for it till I could see if I like it. I guess we are gonna give that old credit card a work out.

This tool was left in a bag under our mailbox...not good for a power tool

Router arrived as expected, on time.

It's the DeWalt XR DCW600 Router, delivered exactly when they said and at an amazing price! What more needs to be said.

I purchased the router to install a niche in a Swanstone shower wall. It worked fantastic. The sale price was a bargain I could not pass up.
