They worked well and included warranties and registration as if they were purchased directly from dewalt.

Great battery - beware of compatible batteries
These batteries perform as advertised and I have found them to deliver the promised capacity. Beware of cheap “compatible “ batteries. While they are less expensive, they deliver nowhere near the advertised capacity.
