Works well for several years of frequent use.
This product works fine for several years, then requires replacement. Battery life decreases considerably after several years of use.

Not XR's, and slow to ship!
They're Dewalt batteries, yes.....nothing says XR, like my 3 and 5ah batteries. Dating is 2023, so have had a shelf life, probably from parted-out sets. Communication from seller was poor, and did NOT arrive when stated. Thankfully, it was not mission critical.

Nope wasting your money and time
I was a rock star Christmas morning when my husband open these batteries. That changed when he tried to charge them.. would not even charge. Plus it took me an hour figuring out how to send them back because I don't have a fedex account. I had to physically drive to Walmart which is not close.

Batteries returned. The manufacture date was several years old. They were dead and wouldn't charge. Be sure to obtain fresh lithium batteries manufactured in the current year. Or go a brick-and-mortar store to purchase.

Complaint
I'm irritated because I ordered enough for no delivery fee to be charged, but since the product wasn't available, I got charged 9.95$ delivery plus my 4$ tip for 12$ of merchandise. Bull crap. Plus there is no complaint option, and chat doesn't allow you to actually chat.
