Impressive power for a battery operated saw. Rivals my corded circular saw but also excels in portability. It can feel heavy if you put a 12ah battery on it, but the ability to not have to deal with cords is a huge benefit. I'd highly recommend a second battery with a fast charger so you always have a fresh one ready. Highly recommend this saw!

Great saw and value
I've had this saw for 5 years and it's been a workhorse. It has survived rain, and a helper knocked it off a roof and landed on concrete. Still kicking strong.

With a name like "FLEXVOLT" you would think it was flexible throughout the 20V MAX tool line, however, this saw can ONLY be used with "FLEXVOLT" batteries. Not what I expected at all. I am very disappointed that I purchased a "FLEXVOLT" tool. Now I have to purchase the hugely more expensive batteries in order to use the saw at all. It is definitely not flexible. I give the whole experience Big 👎. Not happy at all one star flexibility. Goose eggs

Ten cuts then nothing barely even got it dirty yet
Used it for about ten cuts then I grab it and nothing power all threw the trigger right to the motors but nothing liked until then have a rotary hammer same thing and quad charger one side stopped working Dewalt is going hh
