Arrived a day late, this delayed installation. Not the sellers fault, but FedEx. Self installation was a breeze. I still haven't figured out the remote due to lack of instructions. I set it on auto and due to where I live (the black hills) temp swings are between 40° and 100° this time of year, it has maintained a temperature of between 72° and 74° degrees. Very pleased, we will see how this works in our harsh winter.

I installed the system myself in about 2 hours. Took my time. Install was very easy and with this precharged system, I didn't need an HVAC company to come out. It is extremely quiet. I keep mine on AUTO mode. With this Kentucky weather, cold at night and hot during the day. AUTO mode turns on either heat or AC to keep a steady temperature inside.

I highly recommend this mini split unit. My husband installed it and even tho he ran into a few issues, like having to order a 7$ connection thing on amazon, it is not something that can be installed in a couple hours and they did not say it came in two separate boxes and they might not arrive at the same time, this thing is worth it. We converted our double car garage and installed the mini split on the side. It's quieter than a small personal fan on low, and thats when we are using the AC on high. The AC works beautifully and it has made a big difference for us. We run it almost every day for at least 8 hours or so. Of course it increased our electric bill but no where near as much as i thought it would, I'd say energy cost is less then an ac window unit. Honestly, I was skeptical cause of the price being so low compared to others but I'm so impressed and happy with this mini split.

This mini split (220) unit is whisper quiet, very efficient, and as of night two, and it is so cold it is currently OFF! TEST refrigeration connections with nitrogen before operating.

it is super quiet and works extremely well! you will need some professional help with the installation, but that aside i recommend this product highly!

return the item becauae half of the oder never got deliver to me...so walmart told be to return what i received and i will get a refund ...i return the item and it was deliver back to the seller..and i still cant get my refund...do not buy from this seller..i also try to contact the seller to see whats going on with my refund and i cant get in touch with them they steal my money!

This unit is IMPOSSIBLE to install! I hired an electrician to do this for me, as an HVAC company wanted $500 to install. He had to come back 3 times to complete this project! Waited 2 days for that to come in. When it did, it didn't come with the hose needed to connect to the mini split. Had to order that about $40. Waited 1 day to come in. That came in, but then didn't come with the adopter needed to connect both of them. Ordered what I thought was the correct connector, $6. Waited 1 day. It came in. Wrong piece. returned that. Ordered the multiple pack adopter to connect. Waiting for it to come in. THIS IS CRAZY!!!!! As far as the outside unit, it does not come with a stand- so I ordered that- another $30. It comes with super cheap looking tape to cover the black drainage lines outside. So I chose to order drain coverage lines- another $40. I wonder if I bought a more expensive unit- would it come with the needed items for installation???

The Unit is described as a Do it yourself product. Granted, installing it...it is However a AC technician has to come and evacuate the system, before releasing the pre-charged condenser!! Around $100-200 dollars depending on the area you live in. If I were a qualified Person I would buy these and resell and install them, because the price is almost wholesale.

nice looking. after install it did not have Freon in it and it was supposed to be loaded on purchase. never got could. past my days to return. did trouble shooting and nothing worked. tried to get ahold of company online and only got a chat bot; which was no help at all. now either waste it or pay extra money to hire an HVAC guy to come and reload Freon and it trouble shot for hundreds of dollars....waste of time and lots of money!

It's was to come with many items such as install kit and r32 refrigerant but did not come with the r32 at all
