The box came damaged but since everything was packaged inside as well it was all ok! :) great product.

Needs faster assembly and thinner cube size. Small animals stick their head through it

it's simple to assemble and it keeps the worst cats out of trouble although the material is scratch proof and would benefit from a carpet on the panels

We followed the instructions and came up short on panel pieces. The item had similar resemblance to parts or pieces I have for a shoe rack. Material is not very sturdy. Easy to put together, but I don't expect the item to last long.

I'm not sure as of right now. I ordered 2 of them, and one box is torn up a bit. Both boxes state they are fragile, yet they were stacked on top of each other. I am in the process of moving, so I wanted these for my cats in their new home.

Missing parts like hammock, corner plastic holders missing. Very difficult to assemble and delivery time was too long. Pricy avoid.

Not Happy with this cage at all!!! It's Dangerous!!! I've had it a couple of days and my poor kitty fell because the hammock is made so cheap it literally ripped apart!!! Piece of junk!!! And in the description, it says easy assembly??? It took 4 Hours to put it together. Awful product!!!

The whole thing is 1x1 feet metal squares you have to put together with small plastic corners. Then zip tie the metal squares together. So imagine putting that together for over 3 hours just to have 2ft off the grounds done. Plastic flooring that will probably stink if your cat sprays.

It falls apart easy, you have to use every zip tie, at every intersection of the clips, the “free” hammock broke so now it's a bed , not as much room for items in the area as it looks, I was missing the white clips, the “doors” do not stay on unless you zip tie them on, the door opening is very narrow, must be skinny to enter , the floor has the black clips sticking up so don't step on them, they hurt. The metal is cheap and bends and breaks easy.
