Dextrus Cat Cage Cat Enclosures Cat Kennel with Extra Large Hammock for 1-2 Cats, Ferret, Chinchilla, Rabbit, Small Animals

This is the second enclosure I have bought from Dextrus. I foster kittens and the enclosures have come in handy. They are well-built, easy to assemble, and can be modified to suit your needs. The first time my package was delivered early a couple days early. This second time I received it days earlier than estimated. They came through for me when I needed it right away. I can't recommend this company enough.

I made the mistake of trying to assemble it by myself, but it's very enjoyable for my spoiled cat, Ms. Toni Dyce. this is the first kennel that she's enjoyed... especially the hamper ☺️...

my rabbit tore up majority of included mats; that material isn't sustainable for their gnawing. Overall a good purchase.

The hammock part broke as I was putting it together , a little flips but I put it on a area rug (I had wood floors). Took my kitties a while but the limb all in out up and down. I have blankets at bottom floor and top.

I gave this 3 starts for several reasons. The idea is awesome. My cats love the 3 floors and 2 fight over the hammock. At first the directions seemed a tad confusing but, if you follow it step by step, you will be good. For the price (and I got them on sale), there really, really needs to be something better to secure it than zip ties. Yes, it's true, they send you a ton of small black zip ties to secure the fixtures. The latches for the doors are basically one of the metal ends to a key chain. The picture provided for the item shows a litter box inside. You will not have that much room. This cage is on the smaller side. I bought 2 of the cages. One is put together and I debated sending the other one back, but I will keep it because my cats love the personal space and hammock. All pieces were in the box and so was the directions so no issues there. If you didn't get parts, or directions. Call the company. It's pretty simple. They even ask you to verify everything is in the box prior to starting the assembly process.

This item seemed like a good idea for active cat. The sale price made it even more attractive; however, all that changed when it was time to put it together. The instructions are unclear, and no matter how much I tried, I got nowhere. So back it goes.

there were too many missing pieces. even if i could have completed it there is no way my kitten could stay in there less than 5 min. there isnt any room for litter box. it is sized better for a hamster

Not designed with the animal's health or safety in mind - would be nearly impossible to clean without taking the whole thing apart. Without proper cleaning, an animal can get very sick or transmit diseases to others. Very hard to put together with parts that don't quite fit the way they are supposed to. Mainly held together by zip ties.

my cat collapsed this cage within minutes didnt return due to the hassle not sturdy for cats waste of money

giving 1 star for everything since i can't use or put together because it came with no instructions.
