Vibrant Life 0.75 gal Gravity Waterer for Small Pets, Navy

We bought a larger water statiom for our cats when we went out of town for a few days. It worked well and the cats were happy We bought this smaller item to use permanently since it takes less room. It is great to not have to replace the water as often. Product is made in the USA. This made it an even better product to buy.

This holds a good amount of water. It's a little tricky to pop off the water bottle portion for filling, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. We bought this to provide clean water to an outside (feral) cat. It's placed under an overhang so the water stays clean and we do replace it fully every 2 days. The cat seems to have no issues with it and readily comes to drink from it several times a day. It was a convenience item so that she would have clean water available to her. We bought the matching food container so that she has food and water all day.

I have three cats, three glass water bowls, two electric fountains, and two of these gravity waters. Two of the three cats like the gravity waters lot and one doesn't. But when I'm gone, I am positive. They will have plenty of water, even if somebody decides to play in it. I have a cat sitter come when I'm gone every day, but this is just a fail safe piece of mind thing. And I also think it makes my kitties. Want to drink more.

I ordered this online. I didn't realize I bought the 2.5 gal, but it works perfectly the same as a smaller one. I honestly had no idea it would be so massive. Probably better for a medium to big dog rather than my sweet little calico cat. She still drinks from it, but the 'glug glug glug' noise is so loud and powerful that she will jump into the air startled and be fluffy for a minute. Made me nearly die from laughter!

I bought a smaller one... not the same brand... to have for the two kitties that Simone abandoned at my house. A mess! It did not have any way to get the full bottle into the stand without spilling a lot of water. Terrible. This one is very good. I haven't spilled a drop! A large dog may require a bigger bottle, but the ease of filling and getting the bottle onto the stand is as good as it gets. A

im good with it. when you fill it up and flip it over it spills. maybe if i was faster, but its pretty big and heavy when full so its kinda cluncky to flip it over. after that it worked great. a full bowl takes about 1/3 of the jug which seems a bit much but im guessing the weight in the bowl helps stabilize it standing there.

Great for convenience, especially when gone a while because pets still have access to water without electricity. (Unlike the fountains that cats prefer.) However, 1 of my 3 cats needs to see the water running so he knocks it over causing water spills everywhere. BUT, the bigger one ge cant knock over until really low.

i had hoped this would be the right items to make sure Luciana has fresh water n food at all times. unfortunately, she ate through the blue plastic dog food dish, not the container! the water bottle/bowl was a good size for mz dog, however the wayer does not stay in and just plurs straight out. they both are under the kitchen counter till i can see the reason for excess water leakage, and the food container does hook to the container, and is usable for later.

My cats are afraid of this even though they have always been drinking from something similar all their lives. I had to get done and show them how to use it. I then put a plastic ball in it. I think the base is too dark. It needs to be light with something basic imprinted on the bottom.

I really like the capacity of this gravity waterer. It comes ready to use right out of the box, and the 4-gallon size is great, especially if you have multiple pets. My biggest complaint is the design of the water container. Once filled, four gallons of water is very heavy, and because the container is so wide, it's awkward and difficult to carry. The opening is also extremely large. My previous gravity waterer had a taller, narrower container with a smaller opening, which made it much easier to fill, carry, flip upside down, and place onto the base. This container is so wide that it barely fits in my kitchen sink, and I actually have to remove my dish rack just to fill it. I like the waterer itself and love having the 4-gallon capacity, but I really wish the container were designed taller and narrower because it would make filling and handling it so much easier.
